Ideally located at the northeast corner of US Route 30 and US Route 74 in York, this property was purchased for redevelopment. In addition to the anchors noted above, the mall includes entertainment, restaurant and retail tenancy. The redevelopment plan consists of “de-malling” the property and creating a plaza area within the site. As a result, the new shopping center will have external entries for all tenants with the plaza area serving as a central corridor and activity hub. The redevelopment will return the center to prominence as a retail destination, and is expected to be completed by December 2014. Upon completion, the shopping center will be rebranded as West Manchester Town Center.
