Anthony T. (Tony) RUGGERI

Anthony T. (Tony) Ruggeri entered the commercial real estate market in 1997, after a successful business career in the high technology and consumer electronics industries. Between 1997 and 2012, he developed, owned and managed over 2.0 million square feet of commercial real estate (CRE) property, valued in excess of $200 million, throughout the country. Ruggeri’s past and present holdings include retail power and community grocery-anchored centers, mixed-use properties and medical office projects. Ruggeri’s projects have earned national and local awards and recognition from the CRE industry, business publications and community organizations, including the Urban Land Institute, the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties, and the City of Nashville, TN. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, leasing, investing and development, Frank Mihalopoulos is an industry veteran. He has been involved with properties throughout the country, aggregating in size to millions of square feet, but has focused primarily on the Southwest and has developed special expertise in the commercial retail sector. Curt Miller


Curt started his real estate career in Dallas with Trammell Crow Residential Services as a Property Accounting Manager where he led a team that was responsible for over 40 multi-family properties on the east and west coasts. In addition, he served as the Corporate Accounting Manager while at Trammell Crow. He also served as Controller for Premier Communities Management Company, a homeowner association management company, and Rogers O’Brien Construction Company, a mid-sized commercial construction company with revenue in excess of $275M annually. Most recently Curt worked as the Manager of Shared Services for The Howard Hughes Corporation, a development and property management firm which was a 2010 spinoff from General Growth Properties. Curt graduated from Baylor University. He resides with his wife Heather in Garland, TX and they have four boys of whom they are quite proud. In 2002, Curt and Heather founded a non-profit sports organization for the benefit of special needs children named “The Buddy League”. The Buddy League serves over 150 children who play baseball during two seasons (fall and spring) each year. In his spare time, Curt enjoys golfing, camping and yard work.

Sara Knight

Senior Property Manager

Ms. Knight was born and raised in Dallas, Texas.  While completing an Associates of Arts degree, she enjoyed working for Centrepointe Commercial Construction as a Senior Project Manager to undertake many projects and developments, including Tenant finish-outs, white boxes and remodels.   Her ground-up experience includes restaurants, multi-level buildings and retail strip centers.  Sara later performed logistics for a global engineering firm that produces pneumatic conveyors, heaters, coolers and crushers used for mining limestone and cement for the Americas.

In September of 2006, she accepted an invitation to work for Carlisle Interests, Inc. where she was responsible for Property Leasing, Management and Marketing for over 1 million leasable square feet in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. After working there for eight years, she joined ATR Corinth Partners in 2014 where she is currently responsible for property management and property leasing.

Bennett Miller, CPA

Senior Financial Analyst

Mr. Miller joined ATR & Associates in August 2012, after working as an external auditor for KPMG. Since arriving at ATR, Bennett has been in charge of managing the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting for ATR & Associates and for assisting ATR Corinth Partners in such activities. In addition to his financial reporting duties with the company, Mr. Miller serves as a financial analyst for the partners. In that capacity, he communicates with transaction brokers regarding potential real estate investments and constructs financial models which quantitatively assess the economics and soundness of these investments.

Bennett graduated from Trinity University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration (with concentrations in Finance and Accounting), and a minor in Economics. In 2011, he graduated from the University of Texas San Antonio with his master’s in accounting, and he subsequently passed his CPA exams before starting with KPMG in August of 2011. Bennett and his wife have been married for four years and they enjoy traveling in the U.S. and being involved at Watermark Community Church in Dallas.

His public accounting firm specializes in the real estate industry and provides extensive accounting and taxation services, including organizational structure, accounting system design, implementation, ongoing maintenance and strategic tax structuring for all types of real estate transactions. Mr. Mayrath is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Texas Society of Certified CPA’s (TSCPA) and the Dallas Society of CPA’s (DSCPA).
